Justice League of Bloggers - Steve Garcia Crossover

Playing along with the Justice League of Bloggers Steve Garcia Art Crossover event (much cheaper than the Forever Evil event and slightly more interesting), here's the Red Tornado piece.

Noble, indeed, Red Tornado's silhouette is taken from the Michael Turner-drawn cover of Justice League of America #3 during the Brad Meltzer Ed Benes run. The inner silhouette escapes me, but the combination of the two, with the red to black gradient makes for a nice image.
